Here are terms and conditions for guests at our hotel:

By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservation and Payment, and adult-only policy

   • Full payment is required at check-in

   • Valid government-issued ID is required at check-in

   • Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room, Guests with age younger than 18 years old must be notify hotel before any reservation is made. 

   • Maximum occupancy per room is 2 adults guest and 1 child. Additional guests are not permitted. 

2. Cancellation Policy: After full payment or deposit has been made:

• Cancellations are not permitted.

• You may request to postpone your stay, subject to availability, see section below

1. Postponement: 

   • Postponement of any reservation must be informed to our hotel within 72 hours before the check-in time of the original reservation

   • Any rescheduled reservation must be within 30 days of the original reservation date

   • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges if the new dates have different rates

2. Check-in and Check-out:

   • Check-in time: 14:00 PM, with one key card per room

   • Check-out time: 12:00 AM

   • Late check-out may incur additional charges

3. Smoking Policy:

   • All rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking

   • Smoking in designated outdoor areas only

   • Violation may result in a cleaning fee of 2000 THB

4. Pet Policy:

   • Pets are not allowed

5. Damage to Property:

   • Guests are liable for any damage to hotel property during their stay

   • Charges will be applied to the credit card on file

6. Liability:

   • The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

   • Use of hotel facilities is at the guest's own risk

7. Conduct:

   • Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner

   • The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests for inappropriate behavior

8. Changes to Terms:

   • The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time

   • The most current version will be available on our website

การยืนยันการจองของคุณถือเป็นการยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้:

1. การจองและการชำระเงิน และนโยบายสำหรับผู้เข้าพัก

   • ต้องชำระเงินเต็มจำนวนเมื่อเช็คอิน

   • ต้องแสดงบัตรประจำตัวที่ออกโดยรัฐบาลที่ถูกต้องเมื่อเช็คอิน

   • ผู้เข้าพักต้องมีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไปในการจองห้องพัก หากมีผู้ติดตามที่อายุน้อยกว่า 18 ปีบริบูรณ์​ต้องแจ้งให้ทางโรงแรมทราบก่อนเข้าพัก

   • จำนวนผู้เข้าพักสูงสุดต่อห้องคือ ผู้ใหญ่ 2  ท่านและเด็กไม่เกิน 1 ท่าน ทางโรงแรมขอปฏิเสธการเข้าพักหากมีผู้เข้าพักเพิ่มเติมจากที่มีการแจ้งไว้

2. นโยบายการยกเลิก: หลังจากชำระเงินเต็มจำนวนหรือมัดจำแล้ว:

   • สามารถยกเลิกการจองได้ในกรณีขอยกเลิก 15 วันก่อนการเข้าพัก โดยจะได้รับรับคืนค่าที่พัก 50% ของทั้งหมด โดยสามารถแจ้งชื่อ และ บัญชีโดยทางโรงแรมจะดำเนินการจ่ายคืนให้ภายใน 30 วันนับตั้งแต่ท่านลูกค้าแจ้งขอยกเลิกการเข้าพัก

   • ไม่อนุญาตให้ยกเลิกก่อนการเข้าพัก 7 วัน

   • คุณสามารถขอเลื่อนวันเข้าพักได้ โดยขึ้นอยู่กับความพร้อมให้บริการ ดูรายละเอียดในหัวข้อด้านล่าง

3. การเลื่อนวันเข้าพัก:

   • การเลื่อนวันเข้าพักต้องแจ้งให้ทางโรงแรมทราบภายใน 72 ชั่วโมงก่อนเวลาเช็คอินของการจองเดิม

   • การจองใหม่ต้องอยู่ภายใน 30 วันนับจากวันที่จองเดิม

   • การเลื่อนวันขึ้นอยู่กับความพร้อมให้บริการและอาจมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมหากวันที่จองใหม่มีอัตราค่าห้องที่แตกต่างกัน

4. การเช็คอินและเช็คเอาท์:

   • เวลาเช็คอิน: 14:00 น. โดยท่านจะได้รับคีย์การ์ด 1 ใบต่อห้อง

   • เวลาเช็คเอาท์: 12:00 น.

   • การเช็คเอาท์ช้าอาจมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม

5. นโยบายการสูบบุหรี่:

   • ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ในทุกห้องพักและพื้นที่ในร่ม

   • อนุญาตให้สูบบุหรี่ในพื้นที่กำหนดภายนอกเท่านั้น

   • การฝ่าฝืนอาจมีค่าทำความสะอาดเพิ่มเติม 2,000 บาท

6. นโยบายเกี่ยวกับสัตว์เลี้ยง:

   • ไม่อนุญาตให้นำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้ามา

7. ความเสียหายต่อทรัพย์สิน:

   • ผู้เข้าพักต้องรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใดๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นกับทรัพย์สินของโรงแรมระหว่างการเข้าพัก

   • ค่าใช้จ่ายจะถูกเรียกเก็บจากบัตรเครดิตที่ให้ไว้

8. ความรับผิด:

   • โรงแรมไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการสูญหาย การถูกขโมย หรือความเสียหายต่อทรัพย์สินส่วนตัว

   • การใช้สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมเป็นความเสี่ยงของผู้เข้าพักเอง

9. การประพฤติตัว:

   • ผู้เข้าพักต้องประพฤติตนอย่างเหมาะสมและให้เกียรติผู้อื่น

   • โรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการให้บริการหรือขับไล่ผู้เข้าพักที่มีพฤติกรรมไม่เหมาะสม

10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด:

    • โรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไขข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้ได้ตลอดเวลา

    • เวอร์ชันล่าสุดจะมีให้บริการบนเว็บไซต์ของเรา
